Understanding TEAs for EB-5
Accessing the $800,000 investment threshold.
The standard minimum investment for the EB-5 program is $1,050,000. However, if the investment is made in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA), the minimum threshold is lowered to $800,000.
Qualifying as a TEA
A TEA is defined as either a rural area or an area experiencing unemployment of at least 150% of the national average. We curate specific development projects that meet these rigorous geographic and statistical requirements.
